Project Overview

The platform unifies made-to-measure operations into one SaaS product: customers place and track orders, staff manage production, kiosks capture measurements on the floor, and administrators control tenants, roles, and inventory. Each application shares a PostgreSQL-backed domain while remaining independently deployable.

My Engineering Role

Lead Flutter and backend engineer for architecture, multi-tenant data model, offline sync, Cloudflare R2 media, and production delivery across four client applications.

The Challenge

Tailoring businesses need isolated tenant data, strict role permissions, shop-floor capture that survives poor connectivity, and a consistent order lifecycle across four distinct interfaces.

The Solution

A Flutter multi-app ecosystem on Supabase and PostgreSQL with RLS, repository-based domain layers, offline-first sync, and Cloudflare R2 for measurement media and garment assets.
