Gym administrators manage active memberships, record member check-ins, oversee equipment maintenance, and automate monthly fee and trainer salary payroll.

Full-stack Flutter development for local SQLite persistence, Firebase real-time synchronization, and administrative accounting workflows.

Gym businesses require uninterrupted operations during internet outages, but also desire cloud synchronization across multi-counter reception desks.

The architecture supports an offline-first local mode and a Firebase cloud-synchronized mode sharing identical operational domain logic.
